Option 1: In-Person Appointments

Make a free appointment to meet with an IRS-certified tax preparer in person. You’ll want to bring necessary documents to your appointment and go over them with your preparer.

This option is best for people who might be unfamiliar with the tax-filing process and may have questions about how it works, or enjoy the convenience of having the entire tax-filing process taken care of in a single appointment. This is also a good option for those without an internet-connected device with a camera or those who are not comfortable using a computer.

You will be required to mask and socially distance during your In-Person Appointment.

What you’ll need:

  • Valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID
  • Social Security card or ITIN letter for everyone on the return
  • Your W-2 and/or 1099 forms
  • Bank account information (for direct deposit of refunds)
  • Health insurance documents (if receiving health insurance from Healthcare.gov)
  • Total paid for daycare provider (if used) and the daycare provider's tax identifying numbers such as their Social Security number or business Employer Identification Number

Option 2: Virtual Filing

File your taxes virtually using GetYourRefund.org, for free. You'll be able to submit tax documents using a smartphone, tablet, or computer equipped with a camera to be processed by a Tulsa-area certified tax preparer.

This option is best for people who have the necessary documentation ready for upload and have reliable internet access. This is also a good option for those who are concerned about meeting in-person due to Covid-19 or who have difficulties securing transportation to a tax site.

Those who choose this Virtual Filing option should be accessible by phone, as you will be contacted 2-3 times via phone or text by a non-local phone number.
